By using ATHenticate you agree to these terms. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. Your identity is protected but we may verify it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ATHenticate platform operated by ATHenticate ("ATHenticate," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ATHenticate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ATHenticate is intended for current and former professional athletes, college athletes, sports agents, and others with a legitimate interest in the professional athlete representation space.
To submit a review, you must be a current or former professional athlete who has had a direct professional relationship with the agent you are reviewing. By submitting a review you represent that this is true.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
When you submit a review on ATHenticate, you agree to the following:
ATHenticate reserves the right to remove, edit, or decline to publish any review that violates these terms or the integrity of the platform, at our sole discretion.
You agree not to:
ATHenticate verifies reviewer identity to protect the integrity of the platform. Your identity is never displayed publicly. The verification contact information you provide (email or Instagram) is used solely for verification purposes and is not linked to your public review.
While we take steps to protect your anonymity, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity in all circumstances, including if we are required to respond to legal process.
You retain ownership of the review content you submit. By submitting, you grant ATHenticate a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your review content on the platform and in connection with promoting the platform.
You may request removal of your review by contacting us at . We will process removal requests within 30 days.
ATHenticate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of individual reviews beyond confirming reviewer identity. Reviews represent the personal opinions of the individuals who submitted them and do not represent the views of ATHenticate.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. Use of the platform and reliance on its content is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATHenticate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on review content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed $100.
If you believe a review about you or your agency is false or defamatory, contact us at with the specific concern. We will review the claim and respond within 30 days. We do not guarantee removal of disputed content but will investigate all good-faith claims.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ATHenticate shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the jurisdiction where ATHenticate is registered.
